Company Background

ForesTech International was founded in 1999 by nationally recognized experts in forest inventory, forest measurement, timber management and timber growth projection. Collectively, our professional staff has over 125 years of experience and expertise in forestry, timber management and wildlife management. Our team includes two members who have served as lecturers and university level instructors in timber and timber management. Together, they have more than 200 industry publications to their credit, including authoring the textbook on inventory methods currently used in colleges and universities across the country.

Our initial clients were primarily large forest products companies and timberland investment companies in the United States and overseas for which we provided timber management and data services. In subsequent years, our client base expanded to include private landowners and governmental and utility agencies. As we have grown, so has the realm of services we provide to our clients, resulting in a comprehensive menu of innovative and high quality data, timber management and on-the-ground services, with the same superior level of expertise and accuracy as our clients have come to expect from us.
